About Dr. Janet Mitchell

Dr. Mitchell obtained her dental surgeon degree from the University of Panama, dedicating herself to general dentistry for several years. However, her passion for the field led her to pursue a Master's degree in Orthodontics. As an esteemed member of the Panamanian Dental Association and the Panamanian Orthodontic Society, she remains committed to staying at the forefront of her profession.

Driven by her unwavering dedication to providing the highest standard of care,  she consistently attends seminars and courses, continuously expanding her knowledge and honing her skills, offering a range of exceptional dental services, including cutting-edge dental implant procedures. 

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mitchell also finds fulfillment in teaching. She serves as a faculty member at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, where she imparts her expertise to orthodontic master's students. Furthermore, she extends her teaching capabilities to the University of West Indies in Jamaica, where she contributes to the training of aspiring dentists, sharing her experiences and insights.

Beyond her dedication to dentistry, Dr. Mitchell cherishes her time spent with family and friends. She values the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and finds joy in engaging in outdoor activities, such as jogging and bird watching.
